The European Federation of Societies for Microsurgery (EFSM) 2026 @Prague, Czech Republic

We were honored to participate in the European Federation of Societies for Microsurgery (EFSM) 2026, held in Prague from June 14-17.

With approximately 1,100 participating surgeons, the leading microsurgery congress in Europe continues to grow year after year, both in attendance and scientific influence, attracting surgeons, researchers, and industry leaders from across Europe and beyond.

One of the dominant themes throughout the meeting was the rapid advancement of robotic-assisted microsurgery. Compared to previous years, a significant increase in robotic companies exhibiting at the congress reflected the growing momentum of this field. CROWNJUN training sutures, practice tubes and PICOCLAMP were used for the live demonstrations of robotic microsurgery system.

Our booth attracted a constant flow of surgeons throughout the congress. Particular interests were shown in the CROWNJUN Microsurgery Nylon Sutures, also including the ACRI EDGE series, which generated extensive positive discussions among surgeons seeking improved needle performance. The PICOCLAMP also received significant attention, with numerous requests. The Tsuge Looped Suture was highly anticipated from hand surgeons. Overall, we are highly anticipating for our MDR Approval in the near future.

Another major highlight was the introduction of CROWNJUN's new microsurgical instruments. The instruments attracted significant interest from hundreds of surgeons throughout the congress. In particular, our ultra-fine microsurgical forceps and needle holders were highly anticipated and received exceptionally positive feedback from leading microsurgeons.

The strong response clearly demonstrated the growing demand for highly specialized microsurgical instruments and confirmed CROWNJUN's excellent opportunity to successfully enter this market. It also reinforced the company's Total Solution with a complete range of microsurgical instruments.

CROWNJUN shared its exhibition booth with Mitaka Europe. Mitaka Europe provided a  MM51 operating microscope, allowing surgeons to evaluate CROWNJUN products under clinical operating conditions. Mitaka Europe organized the highly anticipated "Sewing with the Masters" workshop with supported of Crownjun. Interest exceeded expectations, with more than hundreds of surgeons registering to participate, making it one of the most popular hands-on activities during the congress.

Overall, EFSM 2026 clearly demonstrated the continued evolution of microsurgery toward robotics, supermicrosurgery, and functional reconstruction. For CROWNJUN, the congress further strengthened brand recognition across Europe, expanded relationships with key opinion leaders, and Companies in the Microsurgical and specifically in the Robotic field and confirmed strong market demand for the company's expanding portfolio of microsurgical sutures, instruments, and specialized training products.
